    I had been doing great - down to 221, but popped back up to 224. I think it's salt/water retention, but not sure.

    In any case - no change this week. Going to do light exercise today - sore throat and feeling crappy
    Most days in life don't stand out, But life's about those days that will...

    meh. I've been within a pound or two of that for three weeks now, so something needs to shake up this week. Maybe a few more weights, watch portions a bit more. Going out for a family-style Sichuan dinner for a friend's birthday tomorrow and not planning on practicing any restraint there, so we'll see.....

    141.6 today. After a week close to 140.

    I'm a bit lax with eating and only did one longer ride in the cold. Finding ways to step up exercise is the task for the rest of the month.

    221.2 the past two weigh ins. The way work is these days i suppose I should just be happy I'm not gaining more.
