meh. I've been within a pound or two of that for three weeks now, so something needs to shake up this week. Maybe a few more weights, watch portions a bit more. Going out for a family-style Sichuan dinner for a friend's birthday tomorrow and not planning on practicing any restraint there, so we'll see.....

I'm a bit lax with eating and only did one longer ride in the cold. Finding ways to step up exercise is the task for the rest of the month.
