Breakfast: 1 egg, wg toast, hashbrowns, coffee
Lunch: 1 piece of leftover meatloaf and a couple bits of mashed potatoes
S: 2 chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, glass of hot tea with honey
D: 1 bowl of chili and a piece of corn bread, 1 beer
Dessert: Went to a solo Bruce Hornsby concert - wow, he is really good
