Shop at independent or smaller establishments where management includes the owners. ) you can be darn sure that the management (likely the owner, or someone with the owner's ear) is going to care!
I can't imagine that happening at TE! Service has always been top notch (I just wish my bike/sport clothing/fun stuff budget were larger so I could shop more
