Thanks everyone! I just need to stay out of the LBS.....I went to look and take a test ride, to see what a CX bike was all about, how if fit, and I fell in love. She will make a fine commuter IMO...even has eyelets if I want to add fenders.
This bike reminds me of my 12 year old Black Lab---all black but going silver/grey on the face and body, as she ages. I just noticed she has grey feet now too (looks like little grey booties) Maybe, I'll call this bike Raven II after my Lab.2012 Trek Lexa SL
