I really like the Texas wines because they pair with the types of food we eat. I am big Cab or Cab Blend fan. Like some sweet wines, some not too dry whites. Okay I just like wine!

My favorite though is a bottle I bought in New Mexico, La Chiripada Winery's Canoncito. It is not overwhelmingly sweet but doesn't need to be paired.
