Hi all!
I have not been posting much but have been checking in to see what everyone else is doing. Still running but not as much since Pikes Peak. Did get out for a 3.4 miler today. Still hot, but less humid. I did so many long, slow, hot & humid runs that my pace is a bit faster NOW. Hopefully I can keep working on speed as I feel this is my best chance to get a new 1/2 marathon PR under 2:10 (actually I would love to get closer to 2 hours).

Had one month to get ready for our MS Bike Ride this weekend. Have about half a dozen rides under my belt longest being 70 miles. I am not fast but all the running has keep me in shape and my endurance up.

Next "race" is a 1/2 marathon in Wisconsin 1st weekend in Nov. It starts late like at 11:30 (never done a race that late before), will include hills and some packed gravel trail. So don't expect a PR there, but should be fun and different. As for training for this...I can do the distance, may to be pretty since I'll have not much time to get many long runs in. Bike ride this weekend then leave on a 7 day cruise the next...guess I'll be running around the ship!

Keep running all!
K
