Oh boy do I hear you on the "long" runs. Ah well ... we are where we are, right?

I did 13.1 just to have done it once this season before race day. As sore as I was from the last few days, I needed to get it done today because I won't have the time later this week, so I just took it really easy. Made it home just in time to watch the Bengals lose. I don't know why I bother. (Rooting for the Bengals, not running. )
