I'm lucky in that my DH is the same, he introduced the sport to me, and I think he thinks he's pretty lucky because none of his cycling friends have partners that share in the joys of cycling. Cycling has really made us closer, and happier together.
Wow, I hope I have a story like that to tell 23 years from now.

Thats a wonderful story. It reminds me of my first organized ride back in Nov last year. I say an elderly couple getting their bikes off the car rack at the start and the gent leaning over and planting a big kiss on her cheek. I saw them later in the ride, still riding together and chatting it was really nice to see.![]()
