D: 1 glass of prosecco, salmon, few roasted potatoes, edamame salad with sweet bell peppers and tomatoes with vinaigrette dressing
2 taffy cookies
B: 1 egg, 1 piece of wg toast, raspberry, peach, orange juice, pineapple, greek yogurt smoothie, hashbrowns
L: carrots, apple, beet, parsley juice drink
S: handful of nuts, a few grapes
D: 1 chicken thigh, mashed potatoes, heirloom tomatoes with mozzarella cheese and basil, 1 glass of prosecco
2 taffy cookies
I got my juicer out so you will be seeing more juice drinks in my diet. YUM!
