    B: egg white omelette with pesto filling, peach, coffee
    L: salad with chicken breast, lettuce, goat cheese
    S: nuts and cranberries, Luna Bar
    D: chicken breast with mango chutney, whole wheat cows cows, cup of butternut squash soup, 2 squares dark chocolate

    I was hungry all night, couldn't sleep and actually got out of bed to eat a piece of cheese and some ww pita chips at 12:30 AM

    1 strawberry milkshake
    stirfry with sirloin, green beans and onions, rice, 1 beer
    1/2 of a chocolate chip cookie

    Yesterday:

    B: Steel-cut oats with blueberries, scrambled egg whites, skim milk,coffee
    S: apple
    L: homemade chicken soup with a bit of rice, strawberries and non-fat Greek yogurt
    S: Banana
    D: chicken, one slice of cheese, tortilla

    45 minute strength training session

    post-workout snack: fresh dates and figs, one beer

    weird eating day

    B: whole wheat tortilla cheese crisp with chicken breast and an orange, coffee
    more coffee at a meeting after a stressful 13 mile drive that took me over an hour (this is why I don't have a job that commutes toward Boston)
    L: I went for a 13 mile ride and felt sick/dizzy afterwards. My stomach has been acting up and I have just been a little "off" with allergies and several other weird symptoms. Most likely a fibro flare, but I soldier on. So, I ate half a piece of matzah, a cup of chamomile tea, some whole wheat cous cous and a piece of cheese.

    later I had a Luna bar at around 3:30 and a piece of whole wheat bread and hummus at 5:30
    D: went out with friends had grilled salmon, whole wheat penne and marinara, glass of red wine.

    feel much better now!

    Today:
    Breakfast at Starbucks because I woke up late...Latte and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich (and it was actually pretty good, but I'm pretty sure bacon and cheese make everything better anyway...)
    Lunch: Homemade chicken salad, a slice of whole wheat bread, salad
    Free food! Salsa and tortilla chips, most of a cookie, the equivalent of an apple with some caramel dip, small piece of chocolate
    The remainder of the package of malted milk balls
    Chicken sausage with rice. Contemplating a vegetable, but I'm feeling really lazy and too tired to actually eat...
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    B: 3 pieces of Machengo cheese, small hard roll dipped in olive oil, blueberries, and some left over butternut squash soup, coffee
    L: chicken salad made with yogurt and dried cranberries, on a bed of lettuce, one corn tortilla
    S: slice of ww bread
    D: brown rice veggie sushi and salmon/veggie wraps ( don't know what they are called. The things in the paper thin wrappers), a peach, one square chocolate
