    Thanks everyone!

I am feeling good and bouncing back quickly. Back at the S/B/R world, even though coach still says this is a recovery week (plenty of training for a recovery week!)

    It was an awesome race!

I just booked our travel to Cozumel for Thanksgiving to race IM Cozumel. I am looking forward to the race, but I am really looking forward to it being George's first Ironman! He is SO SO fast, and I love cheering for him as he flies past me!

Oh--and I signed up for a double Ironman There is that. Once I get over the sick feeling of what I just did, I am excited to write more about it! Not really, I am actually incredibly excited about the challenge. It is going to be crazy, but I think I can do it!
Slow and steady (like a train!)
