Things are going well. I took out the mountain bike to the local store & post office the other day for the first time a month after surgery -- 5 miles round trip, flat, with some paved highway, some gravel trail -- and I was wiped out. I weighed in at 140.0, so no change for me this week. I wasn't expecting big numbers because I focused on eliminating processed foods from my diet this week instead of cutting calories and increasing exercise. So I will monitor intake a little closer and ramp up the calorie burning activities this week.
