B: egg white omelet with a bit of garlic chicken sausage, 1 slice sprouted grain toast, skim milk, coffee

S: 1/2 small granola bar

L: 1 cup turkey chili, roasted veggies (both leftovers from last night)

S: other half of granola bar

D: Roasted chicken breast sandwich with sprouted wheat bread

1 hour CHILLY bike ride

S: don't know yet...but I need something warm to drink.
