I exercise in some way, shape or form...every single day. Sat, Sun, & Mon are my designated riding days where I will ride anywhere from 60-100 miles per day. Tues - Fri are my gym workout days where I do a combination of cardio (running, elliptical, stair machine, bike, etc), weights, ab/core work, and stretching. Once the snow starts flyin' here, I will likely be forced into the gym 7 days a week...until the spring. I will, on occasion, go for a jog/walk outside during the winter if the streets are clear and dry and the temps aren't below freezing...same goes for riding.

I am lucky enough to get PAID to workout! I am a fitness instructor/Beachbody coach. I teach every weekday at 5:15 am. I also teach on MOnday and Thursday evenings at 4:30 pm. During the winter I teach a 7:15am class on Saturdays. So, that is 8 hours a week I get paid to exercise!
I do 3 strength training classes, 1 ab/core class, and 4 cardio classes. We are getting Spinning soon and I am getting certified in that in October.
This summer I have really step up the biking. I try and do 1 long ride a week (anywhere from 44-55 miles) and 3 shorter ones (20 miles).
I really encourage you ladies to do some strength training. It is vitally important as we age and we lose bone density. You can prevent and even reverse this with weight bearing exercises! And, the more muscle mass you have on your body, the higher your metabolic rate. Which means you burn more calories, even when you are doing nothing, than a person with less muscle mass.
I train with weights and resistance 2 hours per week, 4 hours of cardio a week and ride or work on the indoor trainer 2 x week for a total of 6 days a week or 12-14 hours, but I nap for two hours almost every afternoon, and every now and then when it is a day of the living dead I take an extra day off.
According to my trainer, this puts me in the definitely over achiever scale for my 63 years of age. What can I say, it gives me a slight mental break from caring for blind, diabetic, asthmatic, 90 year old fil.

I worked out with my wife in a GYM for 1 hour per day. And we really enjoyed exercising every morning before going to work. We ride bicycle for almost 30 minutes per day, and obviously, we are biking at least 5 km per day. Really enjoyed it.

I do about 5 days a week. My workouts tend to be longer in the summer. On weeknights I will ride about 1.5-2 hours after work, I prefer mountain biking which is a higher intensity. Some evenings I may go to spin class which is 45 minutes. Weekends right now I am doing a long road ride (50 miles or so) and a long mountain bike ride (3-4 hours). The days are getting shorter but we have a night race series starting on the 27th, it is dirt but crit style on a motorcross track. I will do two races a night the C and B, C is 20 minutes and the B is 30. My fall race series starts up on October 2, the races are 1.5-2 hours. Then in December I switch focus to Marathon (40-50 mile races) so I will possibly have 3 rest days. It depends on how I am working my body how much rest I need, I am a big believer in listening to your body over all else.
