    Good thread.
    I will drink banana's juice in breakfast
    I will eat vegetable roll in lunch
    and i will take green tea in dinner.

    B: Corn flakes, 1% milk, strawberries, raspberries, banana, coffee
    L: 1 hamburger, few pieces of roasted potato, cucumbers and tomato slices
    Snack: Heath candy bar
    D: roasted chicken, risotto with summer squash, sweet peppers, onions and parmesan, 1 dark beer

    Today:

    B: egg white omelet with a bit of garlic chicken sausage, 1 slice sprouted grain toast, skim milk, coffee

    S: 1/2 small granola bar

    L: 1 cup turkey chili, roasted veggies (both leftovers from last night)

    S: other half of granola bar

    D: Roasted chicken breast sandwich with sprouted wheat bread

    1 hour CHILLY bike ride

    S: don't know yet...but I need something warm to drink.

    Catrin, considering how often I eat out and cook, it's amazing my weight stays fairly stable. It's all about the exercise for me, although I know others will say no. I really don't eat anything bad, but I do have to watch the carbs.
    I'm at my class. The drive here was awful...

    B: egg white omelette, goat cheese, salsa, an orange, coffee
    L: left over whole wheat sprouted risotto and tofu, an apple
    S: Luna Bar
    D: salad from the salad bar at the university where my class is. Veggies, kidney beans, goat cheese, peppers, cup of chicken rice soup, small slice of whole wheat ciabatta dipped in olive oil, apple

    I was starving when I got back to the hotel, but too lazy to buy anything front he pub. I ate 2 bites of a Luna bar

    L: 1 small piece of pizza; raspberry smoothie with greek yogurt, banana, pineapple
    D: chicken posole soup, 2 corn tortillas, 1 margarita
    Two taffy cookies

    2 bites of a Luna bar, run/walk for 30 minutes on hotel treadmill
    B: egg whites, scrambled, 1 slice whole wheat toast, 4 pieces of turkey Canadien bacon, coffee
    L: salad with lettuce, kidney beans, orzo, veggies, wine vinegar, cup of italian wedding soup, apple, nuts and cranberries
    S: Luna Bar
    D: flatbread tomato and mozzarella pizza, glass of red wine (still finishing that)

    I'm doing OK, even with being away at this terrible class.
