    Still in a holding pattern for a few weeks. Doc says I have good range of motion and actually good strength in the arm, but does think I have some tendinitis in the shoulder, so I'm on RX anti-inflammatory med for the next two weeks. If that does not help, I've got a referral to an Orthopedic sports medicine place locally, and take it from there.

    Wishing you a speedy recovery from your shoulder pain. Crashes, accidents and the like are no fun and really cramp a persons style. It's hard when it's your routine to go out and ride at will to be confined or to be kept from doing what you long for. Sympathy for you...

    Here's hoping the anti-inflammantory works and you are back to full strength soon. Having crashed this morning, I'm not looking forward to what aches and pains may show up over the next few hours. Shoulder already bothering me a bit.
