2 scrambled eggs, mixed with left over black beans and brown rice, blueberries, coffee after ride
veggie burger on a ww deli flat
12 oz skim mocha latte
smallish serving of sprouted brown rice risotto with tofu, pack of nuts and cranberries, and 2 squares dark chocolate
