I do something 5-6 days a week, but probably not as much as some of you. One of those days is yoga or a walk. It depends on the season what the other days are. In prime cycling season, I usually do one long ride, sometimes two (+30 miles) and a couple of shorter rides. Sometimes I hike. I've been sporadically lifting weights/doing core work 2X a week for awhile. Just some upper body stuff and abs. I've also been doing a couple of short (10-18 mile) rides in the very early AM, like 5-5:30, before work.
In the fall and spring, I do more short rides, hiking, and sometimes I run. Winter, I x country ski, snow shoe, use the trainer, and do the weights. I still am thinking I'll join a gym this fall... but I am used to working out at home now, not sure if I want to spend the $.
