Thanks for the replies. I may try to start taking a rest day. I would love to do 2 a day workouts but I don't think I can get out of bed any earlier then I do now. ( I get up by 5 am and ride my bike a short distance into work) Although tehcnically I guess I do do 2 days sometimes because after work I will run or bike and then after dinner I will do something else light. Thanks again for your replies. It is always nice to see what others do to get ideas.
