About 40 minutes road/trail combo today, did sort of a fartlek workout that included some walking. It's not that hot out but felt kind of sticky today; amazing how much that affects my running. I think now that fall is coming I am going to try to increase my mileage as the weather gets cooler, and maybe try to find a half marathon to train for. I know there's one in Acadia National Park but it's this month so too soon to do it this year...maybe I will just do it next year. A ten-mile trail race might be something to look for this fall...
