Way to go rubysoho! I know I rely way too much on my Garmin at any distance. Still, a mid-race slump is kind of normal ... not necessarily the result of going out too fast ... skhill is right, you learn how to deal with it.
I did 12 yesterday and felt pretty good. I totally don't have enough speedwork in my legs this summer though. Fall weather is here ...
