I had my BIA this morning. Made some really good improvements, specifically intra and extra-cellular water.My body fat % was relatively the same as 6 months ago, but cinched down a titch to 22% and muscle mass is up from 34% to 38%. yay!

This is a big drop in a week. I think that I am not dehydrated, beyond what is typical in the morning. But I've been on a plateau for a few weeks so maybe this is a break. Or last week I was over hydrated.

152 for me this morning. Leaving on another extra-long weekend camping trip. Must back away from the s'mores!

185.4 today for me. Not what I'd hoped for given how much I've ramped up my workouts. I think I need to completely cut back on carbs again. *sigh*
