yesterday:
2 eggs and 2 slices ww toast
Greek yogurt (raspberry) with walnuts
broccoli and cheese rice, cherry tomatoes
a few pretzels
a few pieces of ginger candy
a fresh fig, a peach, a plum
shrimp Pad Thai
