B: smoothie (spinach, cherries, 1/2 banana, protein powder, goats milk), coffee with goats milk
L: big fruit salad, pico de gallo, sugar free applesauce and about 3 oz of bbq chicken breast with most of the sauce wiped off (this was all that I could eat from a HUGE potluck at work!)
D: butter chicken on a bed of spinach
S: lara bar, freeze dried banana chips, roast beef roll ups, 2 apples
Sometimes eating paleo is very hard. Today, EVERYONE was raving about the key lime pie someone made...I had to skip it. Ugh.
