1/2 red grapefruit, water & decaf coffee
Chicken salad, with a lots of celery, on ww, small fruit salad, lots of water
Handful of almonds, water
Don't know what I'll have for dinner, may a scrumptious salad, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, mandarin oranges, craisins, almonds, pineapples, with a little shrimp and raspberry vinegarette dressing. Water or powerade or both.
Snack later on will either be handful of almonds or pistacchios and, of course, more water
B: smoothie (spinach, cherries, 1/2 banana, protein powder, goats milk), coffee with goats milk
L: big fruit salad, pico de gallo, sugar free applesauce and about 3 oz of bbq chicken breast with most of the sauce wiped off (this was all that I could eat from a HUGE potluck at work!)
D: butter chicken on a bed of spinach
S: lara bar, freeze dried banana chips, roast beef roll ups, 2 apples
Sometimes eating paleo is very hard. Today, EVERYONE was raving about the key lime pie someone made...I had to skip it. Ugh.

I can't believe that's all I ate. No wonder I was so hungry in the afternoon.

D: spinach ravioli with tomato meat sauce, parmesan cheese, garlic bread, salad with vinaigrette, glass of red wine
Corn Flakes, 1% milk, coffee
L; BBQ chicken sandwich, coleslaw
1 glass prosecco with a piece of baguette with brie and fig jam
D: sirloin steak, ranch beans, salad with italian dressing, 1 biscuit, 1 glass red wine
I met with my friend to have the prosecco and brie and then celebrated our anniversary with hubby at the restaurant where our university students do show toons while you eat. It is always fun!
