I've been eating too much.
Yesterday:
half a whole wheat bagel with olive oil, 3 slices of low salt ham, 2 slices machengo cheese, coffee
half a Luna Bar before 20 mile ride
I think i had a chicken salad for lunch, with cheese, tomatoes
went to the LBS to get my new shoes fixed, so while we were waiting went to the Colonial Inn, sat on the veranda and drank a mojito and had black bean hummus with veggies 
fresh pasta (smaller portion than usual) and homemade puttensesca sauce, one small piece of bread from Idylwilde Farms... glad I now live further away from this place than previously
Today:
one cup of non fat Greek yogurt, blueberries, dried cranberries, almonds, 2 slices turkey bacon, coffee'
My car's new power steering pump failed as I was going to a cafe after my first client. So I had a skim milk micha latte while waiting for the *** tow truck to take me to the dealer (an hour in total) so I could get my rental and get to the next client by 1:00.
half a Luna Bar so I wouldn't starve. Got to my office at 2:00, but was afraid my chicken salad from above Idylwidle farms was going bad, despite being in a baggie with a cool pack. I ate a few bites and finished the Luna Bar and dumped the salad. I had a pack of nuts and cranberries at 4 PM
half a whole wheat naan "pizza" with goat cheese, tomato pesto, and mushrooms, half a glass of red wine, 2 pieces of chocolate.
