Yesterday was a nightmare - barely anything to eat all day until a massive salad at 3 pm. My stomach was so mad at me for shoving in all that volume!

Anyway, today is more normal.

B: 1/2 paleo 'biscuit', 1 egg, 1 slice canadian bacon, 1/2 oz raw cheddar cheese, 1 cup canteloupe cubes, coffee with goats milk

L: cold chicken and roasted sweet potatoes, raw carrots, apple.

D: pumpkin beef casserole, salad.

Snacks: handful of mixed nuts, banana, 1/2 lara bar before my run, 1/2 after, roast beef and raw cheddar roll ups.
