I guess i had a 24 hour sore throat virus. Throat was red, tonsils nasty, and I felt rotten too. Go figure. And Saturday I just laid around! But yes, that salt gargle worked.
I am extremely glad to be done with super hot rides for the year (and I hear all you non-northwesterns snorking) it was in the 80's!! full sun ALL DAY!!I like Bikes - Mimi
