Nope. I have been swimming with Scottsdale Aquatic Club's Master's group. They have Master's swim in the morning (a lot of the really GOOD swimmers go then! :-) ) and then again at noon. That's the one I go to. I like the coach and I really feel like I've improved having someone watch me. I refuse to cut the workout short, too. The majority of the fast swimmers finish about 10 minutes ahead of me, but I stay till then end, even though I'm the last one in the pool. There are some other people my speed, but they usually just leave without finishing the workout.Originally Posted by Running Mommy

I ran my long run today - about 2:20:00 or so. It was good. I'm trying to find a route that will simulate the hill in the middle of the BS marathon. There's an elevation gain of almost 600 feet over a two mile stretch. I'm thinking about walking that...![]()
