It looks like there's one Cert. MDT in Denver: Stefan van Duurst (he's in the list I linked above)
Take a look through the list, see if anyone is close to you. It would've been nice if the Dip was close to you, but a Cert is also very good. (Certs go through about a year of training beyond PT school and have to pass a big two-day written and practical test)
