can't remember breakfast, lunch small salad with chicken, kidney beans, rice
snack, nuts and cranberries, Luna Bar, dinner was flank steak with a Jamaican rub and spicy sauce with bananas, brown rice, glass of wine

today:
egg white omelette with goat cheese and ham, an orange, coffee
veggie burger on whole wheat roll, thousand island dressing (low fat), apple, water

iced tea and a biscotti

tuna melt on a ww bagel and cheddar cheese, blueberries
