I went out for Chinese food with friends for dinner. Won't say anything more, except that I used to eat it at least once a week and now it's once every 6 months.

2 dark chocolate granola squares with a large blob of almond butter on each
Ikea food: Meatballs, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad, bottle of water
Yesterday:
Cereal, 1% milk, OJ
Beef sandwich with chipotle BBQ sauce on ww bun
Handful of wasabi peas
2 glasses of wine (white and red), small bits of chicken with broccoli, cracked wheat with veggies, salad, cheese. I didn't eat the dessert because I don't like the whole tofu-in-place-of-dairy thing, and I don't like dates either.
Two slices cinnamon toast with almond butter, glass of milk
At least I don't leave slime trails.

Great day, and I had intending on riding after the trail work but was more sore than expected.
