you are probably right, I'm not a lawyer but don't think you'd get anything other than bad karma, that's why they call it test riding, you accepted the risk

re, my crash... there are lawyers out there who do that kind of thing all the time. I couldn't imagine suing a bike shop for my own stupidity!! ( I tried to jumpa curb) It would put a bike shop out of business, that's for sure. Now, if they hadn't assembled it right or something like that..

anyway, rash: I look at my scars and I can't help but always wonder if we had scrubbed them out better would it have made any difference? My son had a wreck where I had to take him in to get the gravel picked out and so on, but I've had a few that aren't **that** bad. My hubby keeps betadyne scrubbers around and I know that he really loves me when he tosses me in the shower and forces me to endure scrubbing out the dirt ( ouchies)
