    Been awful about doing this, and it is a good incentive for me to be good..

    Yesterday:

    B: Steel-cut oats with blueberries, a bit of PB, skim milk
    S: banana
    L: Leftover saute of poblano peppers,chicken, quinoa, onion and garlic
    S: apple
    D: roasted skinless chicken breast sandwich on sprouted bread with low-fat Havarti cheese

    12 mile bike ride...HOT and WINDY - it took far longer than normal which is why it was only 12 miles...finished with a PB 22 mph sprint for about .5 mile though

    S: small amount of bran cereal with skim milk

    non fat Greek yogurt and peaches, blueberries, slice of ww raisin toast with soy nut butter

    small salad with low salt ham, cheddar, tomato, vinegar, an apple, nuts and cranberries

    Luna Bar, handful of ww pita chips and hummus

    black bean burger, about 10 curly fries, one beer We met the son of one my closest friends from AZ... he's been here for a month doing his opthalmology rotation for the last yr. of med school. Oy, I feel old, but as DH said, everyone turned out good...

    I guess I like milk.

    B: egg, ham and cheese burrito, coffee
    L: juice drink, beet, spinach, apple, etc. (supposed to be an iron booster)
    D: Spagetti with tomato meat sauce, some leftover green been salad from yesterday,1 glass red wine

    egg white omelette with gruyere cheese, ham, blueberries, coffee

    slice of ww raisin bread with soy nut butter before 19 mile ride

    2 small cheese crisps on corn tortillas, with low fat cheddar, chicken, salsa, peach

    I went out for Chinese food with friends for dinner. Won't say anything more, except that I used to eat it at least once a week and now it's once every 6 months.

    Thursday:
    Cereal, 1%, OJ
    Frappucino because I needed the caffeine while out running errands
    Pineapple, coconut milk and strawberry smoothie, beef sandwich on whole wheat bun
    2 dark chocolate granola squares with a large blob of almond butter on each
    Ikea food : Meatballs, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad, bottle of water

    Yesterday:
    Cereal, 1% milk, OJ
    Beef sandwich with chipotle BBQ sauce on ww bun
    Handful of wasabi peas
    2 glasses of wine (white and red), small bits of chicken with broccoli, cracked wheat with veggies, salad, cheese. I didn't eat the dessert because I don't like the whole tofu-in-place-of-dairy thing, and I don't like dates either.
    Two slices cinnamon toast with almond butter, glass of milk
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    yesterday:
    2 waffles with blueberries, peaches, walnuts, 2 slices turkey bacon, coffee

    20 mile ride, bottle of Nuun

    veggie burger, no bun, tomato, cole slaw


    half a whole wheat bagel with soy nut butter

    dinner out (again) steak au poivre. I ate half of the 12 oz. steak, sweet potato, salad with vinaigrette
