Believe me, if I can't get away, I will have "ironmanlive.com" dialed up on one of the computers with a big warning not to change the screen! I know it's hard to sleep when you're training so much. Doesn't make sense, right? You should be so tired that you just go to sleep, but not necessarily. I guess just rest as much as you can, remember that rest and recovery are vital to your training, too, and nourish yourself every minute of every day. L.
