I am excited that I can consistenly finish three miles, no walking.
Which means I am ready for my first ever 5k on September 10th. Yesterday I noticed I was naturally holding a faster pace too so I am very excited about my running! *happy dance* I am wondering if it would be possible for me to complete the 5k in under thirty minutes. Right now I am at about 35 minutes. If not, no big deal. The original goal was just to show up and finish and now I am pretty confident about that.
