    Oakley Flak Jacket Polarized

    To disable ads, please log-in.

I got these Oakleys in November, I love the quality but prefer a frame with a full rim around the lenses. This was my first pair of Oakleys and the vision quality is beyond words. These are the Rootbeer/Tortoise Shell with the Gold Iridium Polarized XLJ Lenses, the lenses have a mirrored finish. Click here for the Oakley website photo. The lenses are interchangeable although they only have one set of lenses, they have the hydrophobic lenses that help repel water/sweat. Includes the hard sided case and drawstring glasses bag that doubles as a cleaning cloth.

They do need new nosepieces, which I will get from my LBS and include for you to install. It is fairly simple.

$160 + shipping (probably around $5). I will include shipping if you use your bank account for Paypal since this does not charge a Paypal fee.

    Price lowered to $150.

MSRP is $210, the kit for nose pieces includes new ear socks and side pieces.

I've had Oakley Flak Jackets for several years. They really are excellent. Best sunglasses I've ever had, and very comfortable.

    - Gray 2010 carbon WSD road bike, Rivet Independence saddle
    - Red hardtail 26" aluminum mountain bike, Bontrager Evoke WSD saddle
    - Royal blue 2018 aluminum gravel bike, Rivet Pearl saddle

    Gone but not forgotten:
    - Silver 2003 aluminum road bike
    - Two awesome worn out Juliana saddles

NY- If I only was road riding I wouldn't give a second thought about keeping these. They are incredibly comfortable and the vision quality is out of this world. But I find full frames fit my face better, especially when I am bouncing around on my mountain bike.

PM me if anyone is interested in making a reasonable offer.

If you're having difficulty selling it here, sell it on Slowtwitch.com or bikeforums.net. They'll snatch 'em up.

    Good luck!
