That New England one is really cute!

I had some success modifying a men's small jersey to fit me for a team ride I did a few years back. I was the only female, so they weren't exactly going to order a women's jersey for just me (it motivated me to recruit enough woman to the team the following year so that we could order a woman's cut!). I basically just removed the elastic from the bottom (and re-hemmed it), shortened the sleeves (they reached my elbows if I didn't!) and tucked the waist just a tad. I really didn't need to to much to the waist though because once I'd removed the hem elastic, the elastic at the top of the pockets just kind of naturally created a waist with the rest of the jersey for me. It worked out pretty well, if I do say so myself. If I didn't dislike the color/graphic of the jersey, I'd have continued wearing it after the ride was over because the fit turned out well.
