Been gone working a tennis tournament for 4 days so I've not entered my food for a few days

Sunday: 2 eggs, toast, coffee, small fruit cup
L: Salad no dressing
D: few slices of pork roast, roasted potatoes and onions, green beans

Monday:
B; cereal, nectarines and strawberries,1% milk, coffee
S: 1 granola bar
L; 2 chicken strips and french fries
D: spagetti, tomato sauce with summer squash, salad, vinaigrette dressing, 1 glass red wine
