My previous bike was a 30 yr. old Schwinn...now I am riding a 1999 Lemond Zurich...what a difference! I rode it for 16 miles a few days ago and all went well with the exception of my girl bits. I assume my seat needs to be adjusted or is this something I need to work through? I wasn't wearing padded shorts....are they necessary for every ride?
