L: small roasted/skinless chicken breast, mixed salad greens, tomatoes, peppers, small amount of low-fat dressing
D: remainder of the chicken breast, spinach with red-wine vinegar and 1/2 small boiled egg, one slice sprouted bread
A beer is on the agenda once I finish cleaning and oiling the chain on my Gunnar![]()
