    B: bran cereal with fresh berries, skim milk, 2 scrambled egg whites

    L: 1/2 chicken wrap, 1/2 cup pasta salad

    S: Banana

    Pre-ride snack: 1/2 Cliff bar

    20 mile bike ride

    D: Mixed green salad with roasted chicken, tomatoes, onion, small amount of low-fat dressing

    ww bread with cheese
    cheese, avocado and spinach sandwich, potato chips
    yogurt and a peach
    Vietnamese cabbage salad with tofu, rice and a summer roll
    cherries

    I'm baking cookies. Someone's gotta make sure they're good. I guess it has to be me.

    B: steel-cut oats, skim milk, scrambled egg whites

    strength training session

    L: small roasted/skinless chicken breast, mixed salad greens, tomatoes, peppers, small amount of low-fat dressing

    D: remainder of the chicken breast, spinach with red-wine vinegar and 1/2 small boiled egg, one slice sprouted bread

    A beer is on the agenda once I finish cleaning and oiling the chain on my Gunnar

    B: piece of whole wheat raisin bread and soy nut butter before 5:30 AM 15 mile ride
    2 egg omelette with goat cheese and 3 slices turkey bacon, blueberries, coffee after ride

    L: left over quinoa, with chick peas

    S: 3 inch whole wheat pita with hummus

    D: shared an antipasto salad with DH, 2 small pieces flat bread pizza with goat cheese, basil, basaltic vinegar, glass of red wine

    Cereal with 1%, OJ (I think I need something different...)
    Half a steak and cheese panini and a lightly-dressed Caesar salad, chips, too much Dr. Pepper.
    Granola bar
    Bison burrito with rice, lettuce and pineapple-chipotle salsa. Cherries.
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    Yesterday:

    2 eggs and 2 slices ww toast
    on ride, a bottle of homemade "gatorade" that someone posted the recipe to on another thread. I made a big batch and froze it in my water bottles. It's pretty good.
    2 slices of ww toast with cream cheese
    a small thick crust pizza with eggplant and broccoli, minus one slice which my friend had.
    a banana
    about 2 helpings of potato chips
    a chocolate chip cookie
    cherries and a peach

    I need to eat more veggies. I tried with the broccoli on the pizza, but I'm not sure that even counts.

    Been gone working a tennis tournament for 4 days so I've not entered my food for a few days

    Sunday: 2 eggs, toast, coffee, small fruit cup
    L: Salad no dressing
    D: few slices of pork roast, roasted potatoes and onions, green beans

    Monday:
    B; cereal, nectarines and strawberries,1% milk, coffee
    S: 1 granola bar
    L; 2 chicken strips and french fries
    D: spagetti, tomato sauce with summer squash, salad, vinaigrette dressing, 1 glass red wine
