Dailyplate counts my calories for me. I average (when I'm eating on track) 1800-2200 calories a day. I try and stay around 1600 on non exercise days which is basically almost never. Even if I don't have a "scheduled" workout, I find myself furiously cleaning house for several hours or playing with the kids.

I use "Lose It" on my iPhone, and it also counts my calories for me - there is no way I would do it otherwise...

All of a sudden I feel really hungry and weight is back to my previous normal... I was enjoying weighing less.
B: tuna over sliced tomatoes and melted cheese, blueberries
L: left over vegan noodles and tofu, apple
S: skim milk mocha latte. I have been going to a coffee place just outside the city (Lowell) between clients. It puts me in a more peaceful, suburban atmosphere, but I can't keep drinking lattes, even if they're skim milk. Going to change to regular coffee.
D: quinoa, chicken and grapes salad with a Greek yogurt dressing. half of a beer, Fin du Monde, which is very high alcohol content. It felt way too filling.
