You might look at Beginner Triathlete. There is a HIM training plan there. You could just omit the running part.
I print it out every year, but then don't really use it.I don't need to do as much swimming as he has in his plan and there is no time for weight work or yoga. Both of which are really important to me. But I do use it as guide towards how much running I should be doing.
