Crankin - I have to check out Machengo cheese, you do like that and I love cheese - what is it like?

Yesterday was bad, and it came back to bite me today. At least we finally went shopping...
B: 3/4 of a mint chocolate Clif bar, glass of milk, glass of OJ
S: 3 or 4 slices of bread with jalapeno hummus
L: BLT with cheese, water
S: small bit of lemon pound cake
D: Fried rice (with egg and chicken), salad
2 small frappucinos, one with 2%.
Apparently I didn't eat enough yesterday, because I woke up hungry then nearly bonked on today's ride...
