I like that the truck owner said:

"It's too bad the kid turned out the way he did," Spiegel said in a phone interview several hours after the incident. "I can't be mad at him. It's just a truck."

Nice sense of perspective from a 50 year old, looking at the f*ck-up actions of an 18 year old.
