slice of whole wheat bread from the bakery, with olive oil, 2 slices of Machengo cheese, 3 slices of low salt ham, orange, coffee
salad with left over penne and veggies, an apple
piece of small slice whole wheat with soy nut butter before ride
flank steak marinated in lime juice and chil powder, mixture of sweet potato, red pepper, onion, salad with feta cheese , grape tomatoes
glass of wine
