D: Roasted skinless chicken with pretzel bread and broccoli slaw (with dried cranberries, almonds, small amount of dressing)
17 mile evening bike ride
I think for a post-ride snack some strawberries and a little non-fat greek yogurt. Perhaps one beer....yeah...one Oberon beer I think![]()
