We had a great ride but turned around after the big "down and up" on the flume section because the winds started howling and nearly knocked us over. After we got back over to the other side of the ridge, all was happy again and we flew back down to the market where we packed up just before the heavens opened. Perfect timing weather-wise, not so good TrekHawk-wise.
I love this trail and I think we could talk PrincessZippy (aka Veronica) into a field trip up there with some notice. We'll have to plan a date when the weather is more consistent.
There was snow in only a couple places, one of which I skiied through sideways for a couple feet. Whoohooooooo!!

Glad to hear you had a good ride, I was thinking of you when it started getting a little windy.
I would love to ride with you and V so let me know when you both can get up this way again.
