OK, I am going to start joining in b/c I can't seem to lose these 5-8lbs that are stuck and this will help hold me accountable!
early am:sunrise energy granola bar(130 calories. buy them at costco) before 2 hour ride
B: mojo clif bar (ran out the door late to work, only portable item)
L: steamed chicken and veggies
S:handful of sun dried tomatoes(ate while making dinner)
D: Chicken apple sausage w/ sauteed veggies(onion,garlic, red pepper, asparagus,basil,jalapenos, mushrooms) and mozzarella. Small portion of black rice. 1 beer
S: 2 spoons of ice cream out of SO's bowl.
